This month the Wine & Cheese Book Club is a special one we will be watching A man called Otto with Tom Hanks. Aprils books is My Brilliant Friend by Elena Ferrante. Our May will be Scarlet in Blue by Jennifer Murphy a Michigan Notable Book author. Books are available in hoopla as an e-book or audio-book and in the library ready to check out.

Author Visit

Join us for an author visit, discussion, and book signing with Audrey Clare Farley. She will present her Michigan notable book, "Girl and Their Monsters: The Genain Quadruplets and the Making of Madness in America." June 21, 5:30-7 p.m.

Join us October 23 for a special meeting! We will discuss "Blind Tiger" by Sandra Brown at 5:30, followed by a presentation from Grassroots Historian Michael Mumaugh on prohibition in Louisiana.

Wine and Cheese book club

For December's book club selection, we will be reading "The Matriarch: Barbara Bush and the Making of an American Dynasty." During our meeting, please bring a wrapped book to exchange with another member, along with your favorite snack to share. We will be participating in a book exchange, so the book can be anything you'd like to share. In January, we will discuss the book we received from this exchange. You may choose to share a book you’d like back or one that you wish to gift to a fellow book club member.
