Reserving a Room
You can reserve a room in the library.
Community Room
- The Meeting Room is available at no charge for use by
- Civic organizations
- Community
- Cultural
- Education organizations
- Not-for-profit organizations may schedule the meeting room for noncommercial and non-profit purposes.
- For-profit organizations will be charged $30.00 for the first 3 hours, and $5 for every hour after.
- Meeting Rooms are not available for personal parties.
- Use of the meeting room is restricted to hours of operation.
- Groups and organizations will be charged for any damage incurred to the room while in use.
- To use the Community Room, the group or organization must fill out a room reservation form, which can be found at the circulation desk.
- Library-sponsored activities always take precedence in scheduling the meeting room.
- The meeting room capacity is guided by Bath Township Fire Marshall.
Please review the room policy before use.
- Sessions can be booked for up to 2 hours at a time. If there is no wait list you can reserve it for longer
- Drop ins are welcome, if available, the study room drop ins are first-come, first served basis. Making a reservation will guarantee your needed time
- Laptops and tablets available for in-house check out, To be used in the library only.
- Free WIFI available for use

- Users should clean up after themselves and leave the area in good condition
- Please maintain reasonable noise levels and close the door when the room is occupied
- The Library is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal property. Do not leave your belongings unattended
- Failure to follow the Study Room guidelines may result in users being asked to leave the area or the Library and/or in the loss of reservation privileges
