How Does the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten Program Work?
The goal is to read 1,000 books to your child before they enter kindergarten. Books can be repeated and all books count - parents, grandparents, siblings, and caregivers can join the fun.
To get started, print a reading log or download the 1000 BBK App and begin to record each book read. Once you and your child reach a reading milestone bring your reading log to the library and collect the rewards for that level.
