Monetary Donations
Donations help supplement the public funds that support basic library services.
Online donations can be made through the donate button above or to the right.
Cash or check donations can be made in person at the library or by mail using our donation form. Completed forms and your check can be mailed to the library at:

Book Donations
We love your book donations! If you have something you think we'd like, please bring it by. We are currently looking for more large print.
- Please deliver all donations to the circulation desk
- Donations are limited to two (2) boxes or bags/day
- All books must be in gently used or better condition*
- Only recent non-fiction (published within the past five (5) years) will be considered
- Paperback picture books or easy readers will only be added to our book sale room or used as prizes

In-Kind Donations
We also accept other items as donations, and need some that you wouldn't think of. We are looking for:
- Mac desktop
- Feminine sanitary products
- Diapers and wipes
- Snacks for our teen after-school snack program
- Gift cards (Costco, Meijer, Dollar General)
- Professional camera
- Countertop dishwasher
Other items we accept include:
- Craft supplies
- Movies/TV shows
- Music CDs
- Items for our library of things
- Reading program prizes
- Educational toys
The library does accept Honorary or Memorial Gifts. Our collection development staff can work with you with the selection of material. Please phone us at 517-641-7111 to set up a time to discuss your gifts.
