The Least of Us by Sam Quinones
Wednesday, September 24 from 5:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m.
Anyone can take a free copy from the library without a library card and the book is theirs to keep! Special speakers Virginia Besant and Alicia Dean, both Peer Recovery Coaches, will share their personal recovery journeys and advocate for individuals dealing with substance use disorders. The goal of this community talk is to humanize addiction while addressing the hope for its reduction. Additionally, we will cover some informational points related to the topic.
Stigma Reduction & Recovery

Books on stigma reduction and recovery are available at the library. A positive affirmation board is available to leave or take encouragement, as needed.
If you have any questions about starting this program, please feel free to email: jbancroft@bathtownshippubliclibrary.org.
Joana will collaborate with you to promote harm reduction in all public spaces.
