Author Visit and Reading
We are very excited to announce that poet and author, Colby Cedar Smith, will be at the Bath Township Public Library Tuesday, May 3rd at 6pm. Smith is the author of the 2022 Michigan Notable Book, Call Me Athena. This fascinating and poignant novel in verse is loosely based on Smith's own grandmother and her experiences as the daughter of Greek and French immigrants in 1930s Detroit. Smith will perform a reading, followed by questions from the audience, and an autograph session. There will be a limited number of books available for purchase at the library.
