Self Management and Recovery Training

Self Management and Recovery Training begins on March 6, 2026, open to the public, with sessions every Friday from 5:30 to 7 PM. Goals include building motivation, coping with urges, managing thoughts and feelings, and living a balanced life. For details, email itrs-administration@ceicmh.org or call 517-237-7230. Join us for Senator Singh's final community conversation as he concludes the end of his time in office. The Senator will facilitate the conversation and will focus on subjects brought up by participants. Light refreshments will be provided.
