Scarecrows can be made by individuals, families, organizations, or businesses. 9/15: Start decorating. You can pick up a burlap sack to use as the head from the Bath Township Public Library. 10/2: Decorating party at the library! 10/16: Last day to submit your scarecrow. 10/17-10/22: Online voting. 10/23: Winners announced at the farmer's market.
