FridaySelf Management and Recovery Training
Self Management and Recovery Training begins on March 6, 2026, open to the public, with sessions every Friday from 5:30 to 7 PM. Goals include building motivation, coping with urges, managing thoughts and feelings, and living a balanced life. For details, email itrs-administration@ceicmh.org or call 517-237-7230.
