Positive self test results mean that the test detected the virus you likely infected. To avoid spreading isolate for 10 days and wear a mask if you go in contact with other. Report to your health provider and any close contacts. A negative self test result means that the test did not detect the virus and you may not have an infection but it doesn't rule out infection.
