Director's Message

The Bath Township Public Library is saddened to announce that our director, Kristie Reynolds, will be leaving at the end of this month. Kristie will be taking over as the director of the Charlotte Community Library as of May 1, 2024. We will deeply miss her leadership in Bath, but wish her future success and happiness in Charlotte.

The Library Board of Trustees has appointed the current adult librarian, Nayeli Castañon Bancroft, as the interim director while they begin the process of looking for a permanent replacement for Reynolds. Feel free to contact the library with any questions or well wishes for Kristie Reynolds.

We have assembled a top-notch staff here at Bath Township Public Library. We are here to assist you with computer help, create programs that are fun and educational, and give you a place to go when you need information or just want to hang out! 

I have worked in libraries for about 15 years! Every day is new and exciting! l love coming to work and meeting new patrons. One of my favorite parts of the day is greeting the little ones who are excited to be here, whether they are searching for new books to listen to, play with LEGOs and Alphabots, or color one of their favorite characters. Another is greeting the after-school crowd who come in to finish their homework, play games, or just be here. Working with adults who come in searching for a new book or author, or who need help with the computers are fun, too! 

As you see, we have something for everyone!
